Made with Cox, Worcester, Bramley and Howgate Wonder all from Laurel Tree farm at Boars Head plus Dabinett and Michelin cider apples from Quarry Farm. It is one of a pair of identical wild fermented two batches that developed into very distinct ciders. This one is dry and crisply acidic with a smooth slow finish.
